USA Hockey Level 5 Master Coach

  • On-Ice instruction: 3 hours per day
On-Ice conditioning, shooting, body positioning, power skating, puck control, individual skill development and team tactics. Video analysis for technical and tactical training.
  • Off-Ice Dry-Land Training: 1 - 1 1/2 hours per day
Ice Hockey focused excercises, team building, core strengthening, wrist strengthening, cross training
  • Inter-Camp Games
1-2 Intra or Inter-Camp games per week. Games or scrimmages against other camps/competitive teams in the region will be scheduled based upon availability
  • Varying sessions

    Ice Hockey Program: 4 Week Full Session; 2 Week Half Session
    Starting June 22 - August 15
  • All Girls Session - June 22 - July 4
    Coed Intermediates Session - July 6 - July 18
    Coed Advanced Session - July 20 - August 1
    All Boys High School Team Prep - August 3 - August 15
